Hydrophones not in stock generally ship within 8 weeks of the receipt of payment. Add at least 2 weeks to delivery time for custom orders. Acceptable payment includes: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express; PayPal; checks; money wire transfers; or Bitcoin. There is an added fee for low-value foreign wire transfers. Discounts are offered to students and qualifying nonprofit organizations.

All hydrophones carry a 90-day limited warranty. Extended warranties are available. Units will either be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Cetacean Research Technology. Misuse or damage to the connectors or cable voids the warranty.

All sales are final.

Customers outside Washington State may be responsible for use tax or import duties. International customers are responsible for paying all import duties and taxes to their government agencies upon delivery of goods. We do not pay delivery duties and taxes.
