The core data acquisition and processing components of the ST1400ENV Mobile Data Recorder & Sound Level Monitor are used in Cetacean Research Technology's autonomous RUDAR™ underwater recording system.
A stand-alone version of the ST1400ENV is included with the Cetacean Research Technology CR1-ST1400ENV and C55-ST1400ENV underwater noise measurement systems, and is also sold separately.
The ST1400ENV is the first and only portable, self-contained system designed specifically to record underwater sounds while simultaneously monitoring and logging sound pressure levels and other sound level parameters. In addition to standard sound level monitoring and recording, the ST1400ENV can be configured to provide time-domain and 1/3 octave analysis, as well as ultrasonic and multi-channel processing. The ST1400ENV comes with an optional NIST certified calibration.
The standalone version of the ST1400ENV comes with either an integrated monitor or an integrated laptop.
